点评:People working the counter are nice. Initial customer service people are nice. Product is great when you get what you order. When you travel for a distance and quite a bit of your order is incorrect you get blamed needing it the day you return from your trip since they can't ship you a replacement and for not checking each piece before you leave. When you say you think that would look bad for their staff and the store and be super time consuming and that maybe they could do a better job of staff doing that you aren't showing them dignity and respect and that you are the issue with an incorrect order and not them. They do not follow through on issuing refunds or even acknowledging they received the information they requested as they said they would. They've lost a multi time a year ten year customer over a situation that could have been easily fixed. With the economy as it is most businesses like customers, especially loyal ones, but Jason Coblentz only does as long as you don't expect a situation to be made right. Save your time and pick a chocolate company that cares about their customers even if something goes wrong on their end!
