Excellent quality tour and great beer!
Everards Brewery Tour的点评
点评：Unlike a few tours that I've done, this one was allowed the tourists to more or less dictate the pace. Our guide, Charlie, was very well informed and willing to answer questions about the brewery, the processes involved in making all of their beers, and also the industry in general.
We were able to see all of the various brewing vessels and where the raw ingredients were delivered. We saw the packaging equipment and the lab and the micro brewery as well.
By nature, the brewery is a hot place, although where possible there is air conditioning so be prepared for it to be quite warm.
More importantly, you could clearly see the love that the staff and tour guides had for the Everard's as an institution.
After the tour we were invited for a tasting with the tour guide with 3 x 1/3 pints giving a mix of their standard and limited edition beers. Again, the notes and information given by the guide made it really fun.
Definitely recommend the tour as I suspect you'd get something slightly different from it every time.
