Fantastic brewery tour - informative and great fun

点评：We had an excellent time on the brewery tour. Our guide, Claire, has been with the company for 17 years and knows the business, its history and its beers inside-out. Her enthusiasm and depth of knowledge made the whole experience engaging from start to finish.
It was fascinating to smell and taste the different malts and hops that go into each beer, and to learn how the brewery has evolved through generations of the same family. The company’s close ties to the local community and its philanthropic work really came across, as did its commitment to modern technology and sustainability in the brewing process.
The tasting flight at the end was the perfect finish - each beer had its own distinct character, and all were delicious.
Overall, a brilliant experience and one I’d highly recommend to anyone interested in beer, brewing, or local heritage.
