Escape Hunt Lakeside的点评
点评：We attended on Saturday 21 June and were somewhat disappointed with our experience. Firstly, we were left waiting around for 15 minutes after our start time in noisy bar area with no indication of how long it would take to get started.
When we did, there was more emphasis on "rules" rather than the person being in character or making it a fun experience for our group.
When we got started, the room we were in was extremely noisy from the Boom bar downstairs and was extremely hot throughout the experience. We were told the air conditioning was broken, but only after we'd paid!
We were then surprised to see a couple of the puzzles didn't seem to work properly (i.e. magnet release and keys not dropping down properly).
When we did get stuck, having rung the bell over and over again, it was continuously ignored and we weren't given relevent clues due to the person looking over us seemingly busy doing other things and not concentrating on how far into the puzzles we were.
Very often, we were left standing around bored. In the end, we have to with around 15 minutes to spare, feeling too hot, disappointed, and let down by a lack of help and enthusiasm from the team.
We won't be coming here again, which is a shame, because we all love escape room and have done many excellent ones that we all really enjoyed.
