Very bad experience unfortunately 😕
Escape Hunt Milton Keynes的点评
点评：Firstly, the host called us a bit later that our booked time although we had arrived 25min earlier. Then, she showed us the lockers, assigning us 1 locker only, considering we had coats, bags etc to leave in. We were allowed to take our drinks in the room and coats, apparently there was space to leave them in. I was astonished when I saw how small the rooms were! 2x2m literally, with very low ceilings and that's where I group of people needs to move around! Ventilation is bad, there was lack of oxygen! I had booked for my daughter's 13th birthday, so we were only 6 people out of which 5 children in our group. Imagine what the experience of a larger group of adults would be! Crammed, not pleasant at all. So I ended up holding drinks, coats in my hands as there was no room for manoeuvring let alone leaving drinks anywhere! The host made extra quick introduction like she was in rush and was going to miss out on something!
The girls finished the hunt/game in 40min! Once they found the final object, the other host appeared at the main door calling everyone out and rushing again in the same minute, not letting the girls enjoy that final moment of victory. My daughter left so sad and disappointed.
This was supposed to be a lovely treat, a very expensive 1 hour of enjoyable fun. Instead, it turned out to be a rushed 40min "thanks for coming and spending £200 here, off you go now!" party. I am very disappointed of the whole experience and the poor service from the employees, all of them students and not trained properly at all. Do not get me started on the cleanliness of the rooms!
