Don’t use for the West Highland Way

点评：Booked for the West Highland Way. There was no contact after booking and no instructions on what to do beyond leave your bag with your name on it out by 08:30. Became very concerned when our first hotel had signs up telling you where and when to leave your bags for morning pick up, but no mention of Sherpa Van. The staff had never heard of them. We were convinced we’d given our money to a fake company. Saw their office opened at 08:00 so emailed explaining our concerns and asked where the pick up point was for our hotel, they didn’t reply until the next again day.
We decided to just go out and wait for the other companies to arrive at 07:45 and ask them.
Turned out this is a very regular issue with this company, they outsource to a local company who have asked them repeatedly to give the correct information customers.
The local company was fantastic! Save your money and avoid the stress by booking direct with a local company for the West Highland Way.
