VERY POOR SERVICE, WORSE FOOD QUALITY

点评：I visited the club on 24/11/2025 around 7:30 PM to play golf with my friend. I paid for one hour (218 Row), and there was an offer that included a pizza. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not inform us about this offer at all.
After we started playing, we went to the café to order pizza, coffee, and cold drinks. That’s when we noticed the offer. We went back to the reception to ask about it, and the receptionist said, “You didn’t ask me, so I didn’t tell you.” I was shocked by this response. It felt like we paid twice for the same thing.
We continued playing and waited for the pizza we ordered. When it arrived, it turned out to be the worst pizza I’ve ever had. They didn’t even provide tissues. We finished it somehow and left the club early without completing the game.
When we reached home, both of us started feeling very unwell. We had stomach pain, and I even had a vomiting tendency. We both had to take medicine to feel better.
The club itself is beautifully built, but the service and food quality were extremely disappointing. I sincerely request the management to look into this and take necessary steps to improve customer service and hygiene.
