Disappointing Experience – Worst Wedding Night Ever

点评：We booked two weeks in advance for our wedding night, hoping for a pleasant stay, but our experience at Ocean Blue Hotel was beyond disappointing. Despite prebooking, we were given the worst room, which was the last available. The room was poorly equipped—no coffee or espresso machine, no garbage bin, and not even a single bottle of water was provided.
We specifically chose a room on the second floor to avoid noise from the pool area. Instead, we were placed directly beneath the morning buffet. Starting at 6 am, we were woken up by the constant sound of chairs and tables being dragged until 11 am. Not exactly the relaxing morning we expected after our wedding.
To top it off, we were rudely called at 10 am to move our car, which we had parked near the pool area, as the hotel’s parking lot was full. The staff said our car was blocking others, but the lot we parked in was nearly empty.
When we brought up these issues with the receptionist, her response was a simple, "We're sorry, but there's nothing we can do." For the price we paid, the service and experience were far below expectations. Unfortunately, this stay ruined what should have been the best night of our lives.
