点评：we booked a guided program in the tropical house, which is offered on the website and includes meeting and feeding the animals. the programs include interesting animals. unfortunately the management of the program was very bad, our guide was disinterested and arrogant, which was really not appropriate. we spent a lot of money for the program, so we were very disappointed. after the guided program, we saw the entire animal exhibition ourselves. quite a few animals can be seen, but we got the feeling that the animals are not well taken care of. the rooms are extremely small, so the animals have little space. at the time of our visit, one of the small monkeys also escaped from the cage and was walking freely in the ceiling boxes in which the cables are stored, which is probably not the safest for the animals. when we mentioned this to our program guide, she said that this is something that happens often. I think, in general, that the visit is not worth the money.
