Beautiful experience with an excellent guide!

点评：We took a medium-difficulty hike tour on the Piatra Craiuli mountains with Radu, our guide. The hike was reasonably tough for inexperienced tourists like us but it was well worth the effort. The vistas, the quiet, the unaltered nature. We took a route up the mountains through a small canyon, then we traced the path of a beautiful stream, stepping between the cold waters and the rocks, then through beautiful and vast clearings and fields where cows grazed. At the end we reached a small cabin with a breathtaking vista where we could rest, eat and take some pictures. Then back down again.
Our guide, Radu, was great! He was kind and made himself incredibly available: he offered help with any preparation for the hike, he took us up from our hotel in Brasov, drove us up to the start of the path and when we finished he rode us to the train station where we needed to take our train (he helped us with that too a bit). He made sure to pick a route that was as shady and cool as possible (the day was incredibly hot), he showed us a lot of interesting things, teaching us about local plants, animals and geology, even telling us some local stories and history, and was over all a pleasure to talk to!
We strongly recommend their hikes and especially Radu!
