Really enjoyable spa day!
Rushton Hall’s Stableyard Spa的点评
点评：I had such a relaxing and fun day at the Stableyard Spa, firstly I was greeted by Kirsty on reception, who was friendly and explained what my day entailed, from there I got my locker key and went along to the cafe for a coffee before hitting the gym facilities!
The gym was small but had everything I needed for a great training session!
Changed and ready for lunch, I was offered seating outside in the glorious sunshine by Margaret, who was so lovely and service with a huge smile!!!
Lunch was a chicken and cous cous bowl, which I really enjoyed and a great healthy option for my post workout meal!
A quick half hour swim featuring the Jacuzzi and a visit to the Sauna before my treatment in the afternoon
Waited in the lobby for my massage as instructed by the receptionist earlier in the morning, I was collected and taken to the treatment room by my therapist Tammy, she was very chatty which I enjoyed, I had the tension melt back massage, which differed from light to medium pressure with some focus on problem areas as needed, overall a very relaxing experience finished off with some useful product recommendations, the use of facilties to maintain the relaxing feeling, lastly the importance of repeat massages to aid in sports and fitness recovery 👏
Finally a mention to Paris who was the afternoon receptionist, also very friendly and happy to help with any queries I had throughout the day!
I will definitely consider another spa day, I was made to feel like a superstar! 🌟
An all around a lovely group of staff who ensure you're well looked after!
