Margaret made our spa day a delightful experience.

点评：Margaret who emanates an aura of happiness, greeted us warmly and took our orders for lunch to time with the end of my sister's facial. Lovely spacious swimming pool and small jacuzzi where we met some lovely people. Disappointingly the Jacuzzi only had bubbles for a few minutes every hour. Steam room is small but was too hot for me in any case. Sauna was small (seats around 5?) but lovely. Lots of space and very comfortable lounger chairs around the pool and in two rooms just off the pool area. My sister's facial was held up for around half an hour by the therapist having a discussion with a customer that wanted to go in before my sister. The therapist should have politely excused herself and taken my sister for her pre-booked facial. By not doing so, this meant that my sister's panini had to be kept warm which resulted in it being too hard to eat. However, my sister loved the facial experience and Margaret's sunny personality made the lunch a lovely one for my husband, myself and my sister. Parking was easy and afterwards we walked through the grounds which are beautiful. An additional larger and more modern jacuzzi would definitely benefit the spa experience. Next time we plan to have lunch in the hotel restaurant with the roaring fire and have coffee in the spa cafe. All in all we had a lovely day.
