Fabulous day at The Glass House

点评：10/10 for every aspect of our Spa Day, 6 of us celebrating my sister's 60th birthday. From arrival to departing everyone we had contact with were amazing. The reception staff were so welcoming, the Duty manager who went through our forms and informed us of the day/appts etc was great. The restaurant staff were fabulous and the food simply delicious, our afternoon tea was one of the best I’ve had. Well done to the chef who came to our table and explained the food. I cannot fault one thing, we were made to feel very special by everyone.
We used the outdoor jacuzzi, natural pond for a cold dip, the outdoor sauna, pool, seated area around the pool. the indoor salt sauna, lounge and restaurant. The treatments we had were a facial, head, neck and shoulder massage, full body massage, all of which were amazing. The ambiance was just right, not too hot or too cold, nice gentle music and gorgeous smells in all areas. There is plenty of information around all areas for all the events on offer, water stations everywhere and complimentary teas too. The changes rooms are individual with a shower and toilet - lovely soft towels and dressing gowns too.
I would say good value for money and would highly recommend a visit.
