Cinema great but service seemed lacking

点评：The cinema is great. Its the service at the till that is lacking. We ordered an item and it was punched differentlly at the till. When it came to collect our order thats when we found out that it was not what we told the guy at the till. We told him it wasn’t and this was after waiting for around 15 minutes and then he said he was gonna ask the kitchen to make the correct order for us but it seemed that we were ignored. Other orders went by and all after another 10 minutes we asked again where the order was and still not made. It made us miss around 20 minutes of the start of our movie and not even an apology.
I understand that it was a busy day but if you told us the order is being prepared and should be ready shortly, if I was in the service industry I would make sure that it is.
