点评：Paul truly made my first trip to Uganda so memorable and special, and I can’t thank him enough for everything! Traveling with my mom for her birthday was really important to me (because I am very serious about her happiness and comfort), and Paul went above and beyond to make sure she felt cared for, comfortable, and celebrated the entire time on what was her first trip to Africa.
From the time I first contacted Paul about my trip plans to the moment we touched down to Uganda, Paul had everything running smoothly and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He took my vision for this trip, completely understood the assignment, and executed it in a way where I didn't feel overwhelmed even though there were so many moving parts.
From start to finish he took the time to address all of my questions and concerns no matter how small. He was also incredibly thoughtful and a great listener to our needs. Honestly, I have too many examples to list, but one that stood out was on our last day when he dropped us to our hotel to rest, as we were too exhausted to continue shopping and he went on his own to find fabric and coffee for my mom before time ran out. This made her so happy and she was so touched because she thought the opportunity was lost.
Paul was also super knowledgeable about birds, animals, and Ugandan culture, which made the trip even more fun. I thought it was very smart and cool of him to collaborate with other local guides during different parts of our tour, which really added to the overall experience.
This trip was all about making memories with my mom, and Paul really nailed it! He was so professional and hands down one of the most attentive guides I've ever had. I’ll always be grateful for how much thought he put into making our trip so special and I am already beginning the plans for a return to trip for Uganda and even Rwanda with his help!
