点评:We visited Hell’s Museum as a family with two kids (ages 9 and 11), and it turned out to be one of the most memorable stops in Singapore. Our tour guide, Jimmy, was fantastic—funny, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about all things “hellish,” managing to make what could be a heavy topic both comical and fascinating.
The outdoor area, which is actually free to explore, was impressive in its scale, filled with sculptures and displays that really set the tone. The paid portion may feel somewhat similar to the outdoor section, but it’s air-conditioned (a welcome break in Singapore’s heat!) and definitely worth it. The introductory film was clear and very informative, and the guided tour offered unique insights—not only into how different religions and cultures view death and the afterlife, but also into how Singapore itself addresses the subject.
We also had the chance to chat with the facility manager, who was exceptionally friendly and generous with his time. He not only made us feel welcome but also shared great suggestions about other things to do around Singapore, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, Hell’s Museum was educational, entertaining, and surprisingly family-friendly. Our kids enjoyed it just as much as we did, and we all came away having learned something new. Highly recommended for anyone curious about culture, history, or just looking for a unique experience in Singapore.
