Poor service from receptionist and not relaxing

点评：When we arrived at the spa the receptionist handed us a form to fill in, as expected. She then disappeared for ages leaving us to hang around the reception area. We hoped to use the spa facilities before our treatment and this time was severely curtailed by her actions. When she returned she gave us a robe, but no slippers, and we were left to slip and slide across the wet floors of the pool where signs clearly stated that we should use the slippers provided. I went back to the desk to ask for slippers, and found that the spa receptionist had just phoned the hotel to ask for information about how to bill a previous customer. Rather than ending the call, or temporarily stopping her conversion to see what I needed, she ignored me and carried on being talked through how to use the billing system, on her computer. In the end, I managed to track down someone else to provide slippers. When the time came for our treatment, our names were not called. I therefore went to the desk to ask the receptionist if our treatment was in the booking system, but she was on another call and so didn't provide any help yet again. When the masseurs turned up, slightly late, they had not been informed that we had booked a couples massage. They therefore went to prepare another treatment room. The treatment room adjoined the gym and the massage was therefore spoiled by a personal trainer instructing his client and chatting in a loud voice which was clearly heard through the door of the treatment room. All in all, this was not the relaxing spa treatment that we had hoped for.
