High quality dive centre with comfortable and affordable accommodation

点评：I am a little late writing this review but I cannot reccomend Tarzan highly enough!
Obviously the diving being Raja Ampat was spectacular, with schools of fish, sharks and healthy coral reefs.
The dive centre was perfect with a lovely new boat (arguably the fanciest and fastest boat in the area) and a very comfortable 2nd boat.
The safety standards of of the dive center are very high on the same level as any of the expensive resorts in the region with brand new oxygen on the boat. So, you can save money and enjoy your time at a local homestay without worrying about reduced dive safety standards.
The dive centre itself has solar power with 24hr electricity which was really useful charging all 16 AA batteries for my camera and strobes every day. Without it I might have struggled charging my gear using the 5hr window of electricity at the homestay.
I organised my homestay directly through the dive centre which was very straight forward and stayed at Tau Yado. The homestay was very nice and the owners were friendly being very accomadating with my peanut allergy.
The most notable thing for me was the fact I had a 20 dive pack booked with Tarzan and unfortunately, due to a rather nasty ear infection, I could only complete 10 dives. To my amazement they offered to refund the dives I could not do, which I was very grateful for. Something lots of dive centres would never consider doing.
Due to that I 100% will return!
Overall would highly recommend Tarzan Diving.
Don't miss the Saporken night dive, as it is a very good muck site and a nice change from the stunning reefs of Raja Ampat! On my dive we had a (possible) blue ring octopus, a couple other small octopus, lots of cuttlefish, ambon scorpion fish, interesting nudibranchs and a seahorse. I have also heard its a great place for flamboyant cuttlefish but I was unlucky this time.
I have noticed they now have Wayag on their dive map so I would be very keen to return and dive there on a day trip!
