点评：I’m normally a happy person, but I had a bad experience with your company on April 15th. I told you it was important for me not to have too many people diving at the same time. You promised there would be two boats, but in reality, there were around 20 people on the same boat.
I also didn’t like that the instructor took some weights from my belt underwater. After that, I had big problems going deep, and I kept floating up because my body weight was then too light. I tried to move my feet to compensate. The instructor later said they removed the weights because they were afraid I might touch the corals, but that could easily have been solved by adjusting the air in my vest.
I had a bad experience with instructor Sara because she didn’t help me when I had problems, and it was difficult to communicate with her. I tried to show her underwater that I needed my extra lead weight back, but nothing happened. My safety was not protected — I missed the safety stop and went all the way to the surface. Sara didn’t handle the situation well and complained to me that it was all my fault, saying that I moved too much and that she had done everything correctly.
