Amazing and luxurious experience on a gorgeous train.

点评：We decided to take the Midland Pullman to Edinburgh and back for a Christmas excursion. We booked Pullman dining and it did not disappoint.
The food was exceptional with a great menu starting with the most delicious Bircher Muesli (overnight oats for our friends across the pond) followed by a full English breakfast washed down with a bottle of Bollinger.
The train itself is a beautifully restored InterCity 125 set living its best second life as a private charter train. We barrelled through the beautiful British countryside and got to spend a few hours in Edinburgh before returning back.
On the return trip we had a slap up Christmas dinner with more Bollinger naturally.
What really made the trip special was the service from Faris, Mustangs and Cris. They were warm, funny, competent and professional and turned the trip from something great to something special.
