Fathu Dives & Excursion Center的点评
点评：First of all, I'll make it clear we never dived with Fathu so I cannot rate them on that.
I booked with a different dive company who were exceptional and we did 3 dive trips with them. It just so happened that for some reason Fathu Divers joined our dive boat for the day.
We left Dhangethi on the boat at 7.30am, it was sunny beautiful and peaceful as ever. We like to sit on the top deck, watch the flying fish and take in the stunning surroundings and ambience first thing in the morning. A few other people joined us, including 2 divemasters from Fathu. Both proceeded to different ends of the top deck of the boat and put music on their mobile phones, so we had different tinny music in each ear. After a while I asked if the gentleman near me could possibly turn the music off which he did. I then asked the gentleman at the back of the boat and he refused, asking me what my problem was, he just wanted to play music and relax. I pointed out that is what I wanted to do but couldn't with his music playing. He then told me I wouldn't be able to hear it from where I was (I could hear every beat, enough to know what song was playing) and to go and sit down. I pointed out we had paid $400 to be on the boat and as a paying customer I would like some peace and quiet. He didn't care. I went and spoke to the divemaster from the company I was with and we he went and spoke to the gentleman from Fathu and told him to turn the music off and he proceeded to get very cross. My divemaster came and asked if everything was ok and the gentleman from Fathu came over and was very aggressive and went round everyone on the top deck, including my children and asked if they could hear it and was it bothering them. In the end a simple polite request to turn music off turned into a drama which frankly soured the whole day. I can't remember the last time I as spoken to like that.
Based on this experience I can't say I would recommend dealing with Fathu Divers.
