点评：Went to project escape to do the ‘Escaping Egypt The Lost Tomb’ room and had a very average experience. I’ve done quite few escape rooms so I know how it works. The host didn’t explain what the main objective of the room was. There was also no backstory to set up why you were in this lost tomb, every other escape room I’ve done has always had this. The room itself was visually very basic, very cheap décor and lacking any atmosphere at all. About 10 mins in I was trying to put a code into a lock and noticed it was already unlocked and had not been reset properly for our game. The host then said he could reset the lock for us or just let us carry on, we decided to carry on as we didn’t want to lose the time we had already used. About 10 mins later the host just randomly entered the room and reset the lock anyway then left, totally breaking the 4th wall. Later on, we get onto another puzzle which hadn’t been reset correctly, we then asked the host to tell us how the first bit should have been set to which he didn’t know. As a host you should know how the puzzles work in the room that you are hosting. We completed the room but didn’t have fun doing it.
