Not relaxing, worst customer service!

点评：Where to begin… we travelled over an hour to be told we can’t use the spa (we had been welcomed and got changed) because the pool was drained/cleaned the previous day! They said they rang which they did not! So we revisited a month later, we were greeted and not shown around just keys passed to us. We ordered 2 drinks got 3 (only one drink was correct) sat down on the lounge chairs and I quite badly burnt my bottom the chair had no warning they were hot! And when we looked it was set to 50!! We told the lady at reception who didnt even ask if I was ok just blamed it on someone else. Not wanting to ruin the day we started to use the facilities… the pool needs some tlc it’s tired but it is what it is.
We ordered food and were called when it was ready.. we walked into reception no receptionist and our food just sitting there. We tried to find someone to ask for condiments even shouting but no one around. After we had eaten (still no one around) we went into the relaxation room which was far from relaxing… staff walking in and out showing people around, we could clearly hear the staff chatting and bickering so gave up on that. Went back to the pool towels had been removed (again no one around to ask where to)
When leaving/settling bill I asked to make sure the incorrect drinks had been removed and the woman was so snappy and rude! Paid the bill and not even a thank you or goodbye!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced instead of walking away relaxed I walked away feeling so angry and disappointed!! If you are looking for a relaxing spa this is not for you!
