Frensham Pond Spa的点评
点评：We booked a 3 day break with a half day spa with treatments.
We waited over 30 minutes for someone to turn up at the spa, when someone did appear we were given robes and slippers.
The spa was very short staffed and only had one person doing everything, treatments, teas,coffees and tidying up.
The actual treatments felt very rushed and we felt quite sorry for him he was rushed off his feet. There is no outside space which was a shame as it was a sunny day. The pool is small and the steam room can only fit 2 people in it.
The rooms are very old looking and in need of updating but the beds were comfy. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night as the air conditioning unit sounded like it was going to explode. The location is lovely by the pond. We sat outside on our arrival and it felt dirty, nobody had cleared the tables and there were glasses and plates on the floors where people had cleared the tables themselves. We didn’t see any staff all afternoon unless we went to the bar.
The cooked breakfast was good but there is an additional cost for everything else. One morning we just wanted an omelet but it would have costed additional making the cost of an omelet over £20.
If you are looking for a budget hotel then this will do but I would NOT recommend for a spa experience or a wedding venue .
