Very disappointing experience at Bania Ski Resort / ski school

点评:We purchased ski passes and instructor services. Before the purchase, we were explicitly told by the staff that the slopes and lifts operate until 8:00 PM, so we were sold a 4-hour ski pass.
However, all lifts were closed at 6:00 PM, making it impossible to use the full paid time.
We immediately contacted the staff and asked for a reasonable solution:
• to use the remaining hour the next day, or
• to receive a partial refund for the unused time.
The only response we received was a simple “sorry”. No refund, no alternative, and no attempt to resolve the issue.
The time of purchase and the number of paid hours are clearly shown on the receipt.
This level of customer service is unacceptable.
If you value your time and money, be very careful — unfortunately, verbal assurances from the staff cannot be trusted.
