点评：My experience at Vinyasa Yogashala was truly life-changing. It gave me the opportunity to connect deeply with myself, which in turn strengthened my connection to the divine. The teachers were incredibly wise, sharing profound knowledge (gyan) while guiding us through asanas, self-discovery, and the art of controlling and expanding our life energy. They helped us understand the layers of our being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—with great care and attention to our individual needs.
Ashish Ji and Sunita Ji were especially kind and supportive, making us feel at home even though we were far from our families in an unfamiliar place. Their warmth and generosity created an environment of love, acceptance, and care that stayed with me throughout the journey.
One of the most beautiful aspects of my time there was the connections I formed—not just with the incredible teachers, but also with my fellow students who have now become lifelong friends. Together, we grew, learned, and shared moments of profound realization. It was like being a child again, eager to absorb every bit of wisdom and evolve alongside kindred spirits.
The combination of yoga, meditation, pranayama, and philosophy was unparalleled, offering insights that will stay with me forever. To top it all off, the food was nourishing, delicious, and prepared with so much love—it truly added to the experience.
Vinyasa Yogashala is a place of magic, growth, and transformation. I’ll always treasure the memories and lessons I gained there, and I know I’ll return someday. I wholeheartedly recommend this incredible school to anyone seeking a deeper connection to their soul and a path of growth and realization.
