点评：I came here twice while I was in Oradea. The first time I got a facial with Claudia and a massage with Budu. Everything was great, so that’s why I booked a package two days later. To my disappointment, I had a less than professional experience with Yanti, in the middle of my massage someone knocked on the door and my massage was interrupted for almost 10 minutes while I listened to two therapists arguing loudly in-front of the door.
Yanti did not add the 10 minutes to my massage even though she wasted them yelling outside. I could not relax after she came back because I was already anxious from the argument. I never had an experience like this in my life.
What’s very upsetting is that I was still charged for the entire treatment even though time was wasted with therapists fighting outside of my room over overlapping appointments and rooms not being ready. Extremely unprofessional behavior, and absolutely unjust that they insisted I pay for the entire treatment. I asked for them to call the owner, but that did not happen.
I am not in Oradea anymore, so definitely won’t be there again. But I do not recommend this place anymore after my experience. I left very upset and stressed out. It was a waste of a day, and definitely opposite of relaxing.
