点评:I have access to this lounge as I transit Doha in business class and am a qatar airways platinum member.
The lounge is spacious and beautiful. I usually get a room in the rest area if available.
As my flight leaves around 2am i decided to eat something in the lounge dining area.
Unfortunately the level of service was very bad. Tables were not being cleared. It took 20 mins before anyone came to take my order. Water served in plastic bottle with no offer a glass and no refill. I ordered steak but no steak knife. Entre and main course wee served together in spite of me asking to serve separately.. on neighbouring tables people left with no order for fear of missing flight.
The reason for my low score is purely the restaurant side of the lounge. Staff that are poorly trained and have no idea what they are doing. Very unfortunate and lets the usually very high QR standard down badly. Time to do something about this.
