Beautiful landscapes but lack of profesionalism from the guide

点评：We are two friends who booked a 3-day tour in the Albanian Alps, which includes the Shala River, transportation, including a boat trip on Lake Koman, a day of hiking between Valbonë and Theth, as well as accommodation and meals. While the overall experience was great, it was mainly because the group we shared the tour with was fantastic. Unfortunately, we had to deal with an extremely unpleasant and seemingly incompetent guide. Firstly, I must mention that despite paying for the tour, I found the atmosphere at Shala River quite unpleasant. We had to pay an additional fee to sit on a sunbed, and there was loud music blaring everywhere in the middle of this natural area.
Moreover, the lunch on the first day was not included, so we had planned to have a picnic. However, without consulting us, the guide made meal reservations with a restaurant owner, leaving us with no choice but to eat there.
As for the hiking day, the mountain was majestic and beautiful. However, the guide didn't seem up to the task. In the first half-hour, she lost two people from the group who had stopped to take photos. She didn't count everyone and started walking without paying attention. When we pointed out that two people were missing, she told us to continue walking and turned back herself, followed by one of the companions of the "lost" individuals. The rest of us decided to stop and wait for the group to be complete. When she returned, she was furious and extremely angry. The guys explained to us that she had yelled at them. She remained incredibly unpleasant for the rest of the hike. She didn't share any information about the mountain, what we were seeing, and didn't pay attention to the group's pace. We supported each other instead. In the evening, she didn't even have dinner with us. She never wanted to hear any comments, explanations, or even admit that she had made a mistake. I found this behavior highly irresponsible.
Finally, on the third day, she arranged for a car to take some people to the waterfall instead of asking if anyone had pain or didn't want to walk. I had no issues and she forced me into the car, pointing at me and saying "you and you." I asked her why, and she replied that I had problems, which was untrue. I have rarely been spoken to so disrespectfully. It brought tears to my eyes because she deprived me of the second short hike. Truly, it was fortunate that the rest of the group was amazing because they saved the experience for me. Last but not least: there was a boat transport strike. The boat we ended up taking was clearly overloaded as they had to accommodate more people than it was designed for. The crew kept checking the boat's balance, and those inside were suffocating from the heat. It was really unsafe and unsettling.
