Xmas Curtain Lights decoration Overpriced for LESS LEDS and lighter weight item?

点评：In October purchased some lovely curtain xmas lights, in hindsight I should have checked them but they were from Trentham so bound to be perfect. On opening in December as putting up outside lights, one long strand of curtain light not working, we rang them, bring them back we can change for another brand. We had mislaid receipt so copied bank statement took them back on 1st December they were a different brand still £19.99. When we got home, I checked the box against a photo of the two boxes. The original lights had 360LEDS as opposed to 267LEDS in different brand, the snowflakes in the original box were very substantial weight so would not knock the window in rain and wind, the new brand appeared nice but a lot more flimsy and lightweight. The box felt much lighter too. I emailed Trentham Gardens the email was acknowledged as being received but they did not respond. The lights are not like for like I paid £19.99 for more lights and a good weight snowflake. So how can less LEDS and a lighter snowflake weight still warrant the charge of £19.99. The price surely should reflect less LEDS and light weight snowflake, we have not put them up yet as feel very disappointed, we wont be returning.
翻译：十月份买了一些漂亮的窗帘圣诞灯，现在想想应该仔细检查一下的，不过因为是Trentham的，所以觉得肯定没问题。十二月份打开包装准备安装户外灯的时候，发现有一长串窗帘灯不亮了。我们打电话给他们，说可以拿回去换个牌子。我们把收据弄丢了，只好复印了银行账单，12月1号拿回去换了，换的牌子不一样，价格还是19.99英镑。回家后，我把新旧灯的包装盒对比了一下。原来的灯有360个LED灯珠，而新牌子的只有267个。原来的灯上的雪花装饰很有分量，刮风下雨也不会把窗户吹坏。新牌子的灯看起来不错，但是轻飘飘的，感觉很脆弱。包装盒也轻了很多。我给Trentham Gardens发了邮件，他们确认收到了，但是没有回复。这灯跟我之前花19.99英镑买的完全不一样，我本来想买的是灯更多、雪花装饰更重的那种。既然LED灯数量更少、雪花灯重量更轻，为什么还要卖19.99英镑呢？价格理应反映出LED灯数量减少和雪花灯重量减轻的实际情况。我们还没把它们挂起来，因为非常失望，也不会退货。
