We spent ages playing with the levitating balls, the water that seems to defy gravity, and the fun, bike-powered record player. It was particularly great for the kids, who were completely engaged and encouraged to touch and experiment with everything. But even as an adult, I found myself baffled and amazed by the clever scientific principles at play.
