Power outage had an impact
Taino Bay Puerto Plata的点评
点评：This was a port on a recent cruise in early November. It was nice to have something close to the port, that was safe and no cost (except for food and drink).
The pros:
-Very convenient
-The lazy river was cool and unique
-The "quiet" pool was a nice place to cool off
-There were plenty of bars and a few restaurants contained within Taino Bay.
The ok:
-While the chairs and beds were free, they were first come first serve. We were the 2nd cruise ship to dock, so our choices were limited.
-We did get a sunbed, but the curtains were in disrepair so we had no shade. After people started head back to their ship, we were able to get a place in the shade. -------There was one pool that was definitely a party pool. The music was loud and well, there was a lot of twerking. We opted for the quieter pool since we're old and no fun anymore.
The bad:
-While we were there, apparently they had a power outage. So no frozen drinks were available, the stores were without lights and A/C and it looked like it affected the pool pumps as the water progressively got more cloudy throughout the afternoon.
-The shop attendants are pretty aggressive, but not really compared to other cruise ports.
We still made the best of our time there and if it wasn't for the power outage it probably would have been a great time.

- 我们在那里的时候，好像停电了。所以没有冷饮，商店里没有灯也没有空调，而且看起来泳池的水泵也受到了影响，因为下午的时候水越来越浑浊。
- 商店的店员态度比较强势，但和其他邮轮港口相比还好。
我们还是尽力玩得开心，如果不是因为停电，那次旅行应该会非常愉快。
