Wonderful stay, brilliant massages, lovely surprise upgrade

点评：We booked a spa day with a massage and an overnight stay at Tribe Spa, and it honestly couldn't have gone better. To top it off we were upgraded to a Courtyard Room, which was a lovely surprise and made the whole stay feel that bit more special.
Our massages were with Tasneem and Jess, and both were fantastic. We'd also booked a second massage for the next day, and Jess in particular was amazing — really attentive, professional, and put us completely at ease. It's rare to leave feeling that well looked after.
The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, and the little touches (like the room upgrade) show how much they care about their guests. We'll definitely be back, and would recommend Tribe Spa to anyone looking to properly unwind. Huge thanks to Jess and Tasneem!
