Disappointing and Overpriced “Llama Hot Tub Experience”

点评：We were genuinely looking forward to the Llama Hot Tub Experience during our stay on the 8th of October, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations — especially considering the premium price of 999 soles.
To begin with, our booking was delayed by nearly 50 minutes with no prior communication or update. While we understand that working with animals can involve some unpredictability, the complete lack of information or apology felt unprofessional and disrespectful of our time.
When the llamas finally did arrive, they stayed for barely 3 minutes before being taken away — a far cry from the immersive and unique experience that was advertised. Meanwhile, neighboring guests enjoyed a 25-minute visit with attentive guidance and proper interaction. The contrast was stark.
What was most disappointing was the behavior of the staff member who accompanied the llamas. He spent the entirety of the brief visit on his phone and made no effort to engage, explain, or facilitate the experience in any meaningful way.
The concept of the experience — with free-roaming llamas — is truly special, and we fully appreciate the ethical treatment of the animals. However, the execution lacked coordination, communication, and basic professionalism. For a property that markets itself as a luxury destination, this inconsistency is concerning.
At this price point, guests deserve transparency, reliability, and a well-managed experience. Sadly, this one missed the mark
