点评:There were three of us in the moto taxi from Tarapoto and it couldn't make it all the way to the entrance even though the road was concrete. We had to walk the last few few hundred meters. The hand you can get with a bit of climb but after that climb if you want to go to the falls - The first part of the trail is all down hill and stairs - which was brutal because my legs were sore from the hike the previous day. You will have at least two stream crossings but if you fairly nimble you won't get wet. It's probably 30-45 min and you come to the falls. The last falls require a climb up a rickety wooden ladder. The falls are pretty and the swim is refreshing. When we started our walk back there was an older Peruvian gentleman that lived in the area near the hut. He is very enjoyable to speak with and quite comedic. You can opt for a shorter, more vertical route back if you choose. Nice hike.
