点评：I come here daily,
The jacuzzi has been tepid at best over the past 4 or 5 months,
Today however (13th Dec) the jacuzzi is absolutely freezing. Colder than the pool in fact, which has also been very cold over the past 5 months,
I'v checked the temperature and it read 30º where it should be at 36º, the pool also read at 30º, however I dont think the thermometer was correct as the water is to cold to even sit in so I've ordered my own.
After numerous complaints to the staff, we have been told the pool and jacuzzi will remain at these unreasonable temperatures for the foreseeable future, so please stop complaining.
Some staff members have been very rude to guests and members behind their backs. Making the atmosphere very uncomfortable.
You're lucky if the steam room is working, and if it is you need to bring your own oils because it smells of urine otherwise.
The sauna works well, if you can look past the dirt.
The drinks are complementary as a member, however if you ask for a coffee be prepared for a long wait and an eye roll as you ask.
I would best avoid this spa for a while until new management/staff are in place and hopefully everything will be back up and running smoothly and to correct temperatures.
My wife had a massage and was listened to through the door by management and then pulled her up and asked her not to repeat anything thst was said in the massage room to any other members. So your privacy means nothing to the staff.
I will update my reviews weekly until the spa is back up on par as it should be.
Honestly if you are looking for a spa weekend /day i would look else where, this place would currently be a waste of your money and be a bad experience.
