Incompetent staff and so rude and obnoxious

点评：Because of the incompetence of their staff and procedures our 15.5 year old children were let into the Spa apparently when it wasn't "kids" time. After half an hour the staff literally came into the steam room with other guests questioning the age of our children. Once they discovered they were under 16, albeit by 6 months they began treating them like something they wiped off their shoe, despite the FACT it was their incompetence for letting them in in the first place. Apparently "Kids" time was after 3pm and it was already 2:15pm!
What pursued was unimaginable with the way their staff behaved and the lady who claimed it was Her Spa!
After much consultation with the hotel staff, who were very apologetic we were assured the Hotel manager would call us Monday afternoon
Its now Wednesday and heard nothing from the spineless individual!!
The room had mould growing in the bathroom, TV didn't work properly and remote was disgusting. 2nd day room not serviced properly, asked reception to send things missed to the room, nothing turned up!
Service in the restaurant was great Saturday night, very poor Sunday night. Breakfast the same, being rushed Monday morning
Hotel staff allowed kids to be running around making excessive noise Saturday night without saying anything
The fact the spineless manager has not contacted us says it all about this place and the attitude of some of the staff

周六晚上，酒店员工放任孩子们在房间里跑来跑去，吵闹不堪，却无人过问。
那位毫无担当的经理至今没有联系我们，这足以说明这家酒店以及部分员工的态度有多么糟糕。
