Great spa experience
Spa at Solent Hotel and Spa的点评
点评：My daughter gave me a voucher for the Ultimate Glow experience at Solent Spa which I booked for yesterday.
From entering the hotel and spa to leaving, all the staff I met along my journey were polite, helpful and most importantly I was greeted with a smile and an offer of assistance, which is so very refreshing these days.
Once in the spa, I was shown to the relaxation room whilst I awaited my therapist, Frankiee.
Frankiee was wonderful. She talked me through the experience, without hesitation, offering different scents etc, very knowledgeable indeed.
My treatment left me feeling very relaxed and I actually felt like I had some uninterrupted me-time and some well needed downtime.
As before, thank you to all who I met but a special, big thank you to Frankiee, whom I would recommend, if anyone is thinking about booking here.
