点评：Had a spa day to celebrate my daughter's birthday and have to say that we were very, VERY underwhelmed. It cost us £595 for the 3 of us and I have to say it definitely wasn't worth it.
Where to start?
Lets start with a positive, I had a facial by Farzy which was amazing, she was very friendly and the facial was excellent, she went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed it. My husband had a massage by Linda which was also great.
Unfortunately this is as good as it got, my daughters massage was very rough and the lady doing it was bordering on aggressive, slamming doors and throwing towels across the room and was very heavy handed with the massage.
The facilities were not great, the showers were quite dirty and out of the 4 female showers only one had any shower gel left in at the end of the day and the toilets had no toilet paper. The robes had definitely seen better days also.
The outdoor infinity pool was enjoyable and definitely the highlight of the spa facilities.
The indoor jacuzzi was worrying, the steam was all congregating on the roof above the hot tub and then dripping back down on you which would have been fine if it didn't look like the whole of the roof was covered in black mould.
The indoor pool area also needed a coat of paint in many places.
The food was very average but the service was incredibly slow and the girl who was serving from first thing had zero customer service skills.
There was a distinct lack of attention to detail throughout the day.
Was it worth the £600? Absolutely not.
Would we go again? Nope.
Would we recommend to someone? Not anyone we liked.

室内按摩浴缸令人担忧，蒸汽聚集在热水浴缸上方的屋顶上，然后滴落到身上，如果不是整个屋顶看起来都像覆盖着黑色霉菌，情况还好。
室内泳池区也有很多地方需要重新粉刷。
食物很一般，但服务速度慢得惊人，而且一开始就服务的女孩没有任何客户服务技能。
一整天都明显缺乏对细节的关注。
值这600英镑吗？绝对不值。
我们会再去吗？不会。
我们会推荐给别人吗？没有推荐给我们喜欢的人。
