Terrible Experience – Unfair Waiting Despite Empty Lanes

点评：We had a booking at 18:20, but when we arrived, we were told we’d need to wait another 15 minutes until lane 5 was free. During that time, lane 4 sat empty, but when we asked if we could use it, staff said it was “booked.” In reality, it remained empty the entire time.
Instead of a short delay, we ended up waiting 30 minutes with two restless toddlers. Even when our lane finally freed up, no one came over to activate it for us—I had to remind staff that we were still waiting. By then, our children were so tired and upset they barely played before asking to go home.
The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. If there are empty lanes, why not give them to customers who show up on time? The rigid policy (if it even exists) ruined what should have been a fun family outing.
