Aesthetic look over customer experience!
Perchel Beach Club的点评
点评：Staying at the next door hotel, Cordial Santa Agueda.
Where family’s can use the beech club free of charge Monday to Friday.
Then half price at the weekend.
- we paid, and accepted this.
However, this is for adults only! We are traveling with a teenage boy, 16 who is 6’3 tall and the expectation is that he is to share a sun-bed with his 11 year old sister.
Or that our 11 year old daughter is to share with us as parents.
But again, 11 years old, in and out of the pool, why is this the expectation of a 4star plus holiday?
We pulled a small chair round from the play area, (no one was using the chair, it wasn’t a safety issue) we were immediately told that we couldn’t use it ‘because it spoils the aesthetics’ of the pool area!
So, they would rather the instagram look, over the customers experience!
And trust me, the chair could not be seen and definitely did not look like an eyesore.
Absolutely bonkers!
