Round Corner Brewing Ltd的点评
点评：Really disappointed with our visit this evening. We brought some friends along—people we’ve been recommending Round Corner to for a long time—expecting the usual high standards, but the experience fell flat (literally and figuratively).
Our first pint, the Frisby Lager, was completely flat. I later found out it was the end of the barrel, which shouldn’t have been served in the first place. Meanwhile, a customer next to us returned their drinks after being given lager instead of bitter, and the staff had no explanation for the mix-up.
When we tried to order a second round, we were left waiting over 10 minutes due to a “gas issue.” The staff, mostly younger and clearly inexperienced, didn’t seem to know much about beer—or customer service. There’s usually a young guy working who knows his stuff, but unfortunately, he wasn’t around this evening.
Our friends ended up leaving early, and we didn’t stick around either. For a bar that’s not open very often and certainly isn’t cheap, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I’m honestly not sure who they’re aiming to appeal to anymore.
