点评：We booked Ahmed Mousa with Sinai Hikes for our visit to Saint Catherine’s Monastery and the hike up Mount Sinai, and he was incredible from start to finish. Ahmed speaks perfect English and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. He arranged a private driver to pick us up from Sharm El Sheikh (about 2.5 hours away) and bring us back afterward, which made the day seamless.
Ahmed is part of the Jebeliya Bedouin tribe — the only tribe officially allowed to guide visitors to the summit of Mount Sinai. His connection to the mountain, combined with his deep knowledge of Moses, the monastery, and the history of the region, added so much meaning to the experience.
Halfway up, he even prepared a homemade, fresh Egyptian lunch — one of the most memorable meals of our trip. We chose to take camels up and walk down after the tour, and Ahmed guided us through everything with patience, clarity, and genuine warmth.
If you’re planning a Mount Sinai trip, I can’t recommend Ahmed enough. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly committed to giving you an unforgettable experience.
