Restaurant rushed, Spa amazing
Spa at Gleddoch Hotel的点评
点评：This was our second visit this year as we enjoyed the first so much and had planned to go back for a afternoon tea and spa day for each of our birthdays.
The spa was lovely, though so many people in hot tub and did not come leave when it was off, this is usually the cleaning time so was off putting,also as last time no toilet paper in the only loo in ladies changing room.
This aside I would highly recommend the spa, the massage was as last time amazing!! Then on to the lovely chill out room,very relaxing and never rushed.
We then went for afternoon tea, which we so enjoyed before, however I think they lost our booking? nothing was ready, the apologised for the delay so we had coffees, eventually it arrived, the savouries were sparce, even one was a wedge of sandwiches roughly put together, so disappointed, the cakes were delicious,but they did not clear previous coffee cups when the afternoon tea was served. Then we felt a bit pushed out as maybe the restaurant manager kept coming over and asking if we were finished, thus was less than an hour after sitting down, bear in mind we had to wait over half hour for afternoon tea! The restaurant was empty, we were the only ones there and no one waiting. I found this off putting and may try somewhere else for the next birthday, which is a shame as the spa and massage were amazing and welcoming.

然后我们去喝下午茶，我们之前很喜欢，但是我觉得他们弄丢了我们的预订？什么都没有准备好，他们为延误道歉，所以我们喝了咖啡，最后咖啡来了，开胃菜很少，甚至一个是一块粗略拼凑起来的三明治，太失望了，蛋糕很好吃，但是下午茶上桌时他们没有清理之前的咖啡杯。然后我们感觉有点被排挤了，因为餐厅经理可能不停地过来问我们是否吃完了，因此坐下后不到一个小时就到了，请记住我们不得不等了半个多小时才喝下午茶！餐厅里空无一人，只有我们在那里，没有人在等。我觉得这很不爽，下次过生日可能会去别的地方，这很遗憾，因为水疗和按摩非常棒，很热情。
