点评:This place is advertised in lots of tourist information in Mudgee, but do be aware that it is a 40 minute drive from Mudgee. Its location is often quoted as Gulgong - it is a 25 minute drive from Gulgong (and a lot less swamped by tourists!). If arriving from the South, it is about 12km after the town of Ulan, past the Moorarben coal mine. It is easy enough to find with sat-nav, but would otherwise be easy to miss the turn-off from Ulan Road. This is a low-key site - don't expect gift shops or toilets. Once at the car-park, there is an information board explaining the significance of the site to the Wiradjuri people and signs for the 600m walk to the art site. It felt somewhat longer than the 600m advertised, but was an interesting walk through the bush. It would NOT be suitable for prams, wheelchairs or anyone who is not sure-footed. Once at the site, there is a boardwalk to facilitate viewing. It was a pleasant stop for us on our way through. We also saw some interesting wild-life including a monitor lizard.
