shabby, dirty, ltd access

点评：Went in person to join as they have January offer, Told that offer is only available online & that they could not proceed with membership, so had to go home to join. Be aware of the new parking charges that are now in place, on the + side numbers are down so gym is never packed. The building is already looking shabby, The cleaning of changing rooms is poor . The 1st floor male change ,the shower tops are dusty ??? the floor in the showers are not cleaned, tissues & dirt on floors for days. The lockers have wristband keys , nearly all of the wristbands are broken. The cafe also appears to now be not in use, there are vending machines.
The gym equipment is ok, machines are out of order & do not get repaired quickly, plug in headphone sockets are mainly difficult to access & broken, wifi connection to machines is rubbish.
Public swimming is extremely ltd, you cant just turn up & there are numerous events or ? pool full ? issues at busy times like weekend mornings.
It is cheaper to join other gyms but swimmers dont have many other options, It would help if car parking was included with membership.
Membership does include Stourbridge & Halesowen. I will try these & review
