Run down spa not a relaxing experience for a couple not in the facility or treatment

Hi
I we were disappointed with the experience we had on our spa day at this hotel spa.
First thing the locker keys were not securely staying in it holder and the rubber band were worn out and starched so not stay on the arm.
The robes were too small and staff did have any of the right size for us and we were normal size people. The toilets had no toilet rolls and no help available to replenish any.
Also the lunch was not adequate enough portions and the choice was limited. I have been before at the spa and we had unlimited buffet it was really good before.
My experience with the treatment was ok however my friend had head message which was not so good they didn’t use any lotion or solutions on the head massage.
Basically it was my 60th Birthday experience given to me by my husband for me and my friend to enjoy but it was the worst experience I have had. I feel the hotel spa is run down since my last visit with my husband.
I have complained on the email to them the same week in November and I have had not response from them regarding this experience.
Just shows the customer relations is zero
