点评：My partner and I rented two kayaks this past weekend. The overall experience was fine, but I would recommend Detroit area visitors going to Port Austin or another vendor if you need to rent a kayak for a day. We booked a 2hr 10am slot, arrived at 9:55 as requested. Upon arrival, there was no one there and the address provided was for a boat yard warehouse/garage, not the launch area. We ended up having to track down a parks employee, who pointed us to the snack shack, where we found an employee of the rental company. She was able to text someone to meet us at the launch. At this point, we were 30 mins into our reservation. Once there, the kayaks and equipment were quite filthy. When we returned, no one was there to greet us/remove equipment from the water. This was fine given that we are experienced and kayak often and can do it all ourselves but for the first time kayaker or beginner, this would be hard. Overall the least desirable kayak experience we have had and we have kayaked all over the US.
