Roxy Lanes Leeds The Light的点评
点评：We arrived 5 minutes ahead of our booking (two lanes of the ice free curling for one hour per lane at a total cost of £64) and were told our lanes weren't ready so we waited, this was on a Sunday.
We finally got on at about 4:10. We are a family of seven which is why I booked the two lanes (had to book separately as they wouldn't allow me to book both lanes on one booking which was also a bit frustrating)
The rules weren't explained so we muddled through with what was on the screens and pretty much made up our own rules as far as we could.
We were told that that someone would come to get our drinks order in the next few minutes and after over 20minutes and pressing the table button, one of us left the game and went to try and order and at the same time, someone finally came to the lanes. After that, we could only get one more drink in as our time was over half way through.
Just before 5pm, someone came to say we had 5minutes left and I said we weren't leaving until 5:10 as we had paid for an hour and hadn't gotten on until 4:10. They acknowledged this but came back two more times telling us our time was nearly up, spoiling the end of what was supposed to be some good family fun.
I don't think we'll be returning, we prefer Boom Battle Bar not too far away as they are so much more accommodating and relaxed as well as helpful.
It's a shame as last year I took my work department (30+ of us) to Boom Battle Bar for our Christmas event and I was hoping I could do the same for this venue but safe to say I won't be recommending it and we'll stick with where we know we get really good service.
