点评：I booked a trip with superescapes to travel to krakow following an advert in a free paper when I spoke to the representative I was persuaded to take an offer on a different hotel which was better!!!! I requested a twin room and a double room. We were booked into the Aparthotel in krakow on arrival we waited half hour to check in. We were given the keys I was allocated 2 double room's. I went back to reception to explain problem and I was reluctantly given a twin room. There were no towels in the room the hotel was very shabby the beds very hard and when we were given the towels they were grey and hard. My son who was with me reported his room was dark and dingy. We went back to reception to complain only to find another couple who had checked in with us checking OUT. So we decided to we also could not stay there and booked into another hotel. On return I complained to Superescapes and eventually they agreed to give us £100 travel vouchers and £100 refund. To this date now May I have not received the money. I have sent several e mails and telephone calls and keep been told it will be credited to my bank. They lie every time I phone saying they have technical problems. My advice would be do not book anything through them they are complete liars and you will have spent a lot of money on a holiday that potentially does not exist. I don’t see how these people are allowed to trade. Who regulates them. They are genuine thieves !!!!
